How long do orders take to process?
All orders take up to 14 working days to process before shipping.
This timeframe is clearly in your order confirmation email, and on our website banner.
During busy periods (especially Christmas), we always work as quickly as possible, but we stay within this timeframe to ensure every piece is packed safely and made with the care it deserves.
Can I email for an update?
If your order is still within the 14 working day window, we sadly won’t be able to provide additional updates — everything is made and packed by a very small studio, and emailing for updates slows us down.
You’ll receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order has been shipped.
Why does it take this long?
Every piece is handmade, quality-checked, and packed with care. We also fulfil orders in the sequence they are placed.
Working this way means your order arrives safely and beautifully, without rushing or compromising quality.
X Piece of work is sold out? When will it be back in stock?
I print and edition most of my work in limited runs, if it is a LE and is sold out I will be not re-making but I shift my designs and bring out new variations all the time so a similar piece will probably be available. I also sometimes have seconds of work or Artists Proofs so if you like a design I may have a version of the piece you wanted. Never hesitate to contact me if this is the case.
How can I contact if I have a query about my order?
Please use the contact form on my site and quote your order number in the subject line. Please try to not contact me on instagram about your order as these messages may get missed.
I forgot to enter a discount or free shipping code — can it be applied afterward?
Promotional codes and discounts must be entered at checkout to be valid. Unfortunately, I’m not able to apply or refund discounts once an order has been completed.
All offers are time-limited and customer-applied, so it’s the customer’s responsibility to ensure the code is entered correctly before payment is made. This helps keep things fair and consistent for everyone.
Please note, we cannot refund any discount amounts after an order is placed if a code is not applied at checkout.
I accidentally put the wrong address or postcode how can I change this?
That's fine, simply email me via the contact form via my website quoting your order number and I can update this manually.
Where is my order?
I hand print and design my prints so please take this into consideration when ordering. Please allow for 14 working days after you've received a shipment email from my shop. If after 14 days you have not received your order please contact me and I will send out a replacement if possible.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes I do. Except to the EU.
How do you package and send work?
Work comes in a hardback envelope Second Class UK and Tracked if going abroad via Royal Mail.
Do you take embossing or collage commissions?
Yes, Email me via the contact form on my site and we can chat.
Do you accept returns?
No, I only accept returns if the work is delivered damaged.
