Here are some answers to frequently asked questions about postage from my online shop:

When will my order get shipped?
We are a small team and we aim to post our orders once a week. 

Please note, we are a small team and every one of these pieces is made by hand in the studio. Ornaments will be shipped out early from November 3rd. I am encouraging my customers to order early. Your patience is appreciated and if you are needing these sooner please leave a comments in the note at checkout or drop me an email quoting your order number

When is the last date that I can order for Christmas?

UK orders - The last date I am accepting orders is Saturday 14th December 2024

International orders - The last date I am accepting orders is Saturday 30th November 2024

Wholesale orders - The last date I am accepting orders is Thursday 31st October 2024

This is in line with Royal Mail last postage dates, however I cannot guarantee that your order will arrive in time, so I encourage you to order early to avoid disappointment. 

Are you closed over Christmas?
My shop will remain open over the Christmas period, but I will not be shipping any orders from the 14th December 2024 - 6th January 2025. You can still place an order in this time but it will not be processed until January.
