When will my order get shipped?
We aim to post our orders once a week. Please note, we are a small team and every one of these pieces is made by hand in the studio. 

Orders to Canada: Orders to Canada are being delayed due to Postal Strikes. We are holding off sending orders to Canada until the strike has been lifted. 

Orders to the EU & Northern Ireland: Unfortunately, due to new GPSR safety regulations coming into effect on 13th December 2024, we will be pausing shipping to EU and Northern Ireland customers for the time being.

When is the last date that I can order for Christmas?

UK orders - The last date I am accepting orders is Saturday 14th December 2024

International orders - The last date I am accepting orders is Saturday 30th November 2024

Wholesale orders - The last date I am accepting orders is Thursday 31st October 2024

This is in line with Royal Mail last postage dates, however I cannot guarantee that your order will arrive in time, so I encourage you to order early to avoid disappointment. 

 

Are you closed over Christmas?
My shop will remain open over the Christmas period, but I will not be shipping any orders from the 14th December 2024 - 6th January 2025. You can still place an order in this time but it will not be processed until January.
